Campuses are usually treated as audiences. We treat them as execution networks. The Campus PMO Talent Accelerator recruits, trains and deploys student project leaders who run campaign activations, pillar competitions and outreach on their own campuses, working to charters, work plans and monitoring-and-evaluation reporting.
Participants may progress toward capability development, mentorship, scholarship-supported learning, applied projects, internships and employer opportunities where available, and FutureReady fellow/alumni pathways. Progression is not a guaranteed placement.
The pilot runs on a tight hub geography so support is real rather than theoretical: Limbe, Douala and Yaoundé. One regional coordinator, three hubs, a shared calendar and in-person quality checks. The model expands only after the pilot cohort reports complete cycles — charter to M&E close-out.
Tell us your university and what you want to run. We open recruitment by hub, and we contact the interest list first.
