The Campus PMO Talent Accelerator recruits, trains and deploys student project leaders who run campaign activations, pillar competitions and outreach on their own campuses — with charters, work plans and monitoring and evaluation reporting, not vibes.

The pilot runs on a tight hub geography so support is real rather than theoretical: Limbe, Douala and Yaoundé. One regional coordinator, three hubs, a shared calendar and in-person quality checks. The model expands only after the pilot cohort reports complete cycles — charter to M&E close-out.
Nonprofit and commercial activities are never blurred. Membership benefits describe enhanced services and networking, never charitable access. Any reference to UN Women or other UN agencies describes proposed or aspirational collaboration subject to those institutions' own priorities and approval processes — never an endorsement.
