The Foundation distinguishes participation and reach — registrations, attendance, applications and engagement — from verified outcomes, which require a programme record or partner confirmation. The two are never combined into a single headline figure. Where a figure is not yet verifiable, no figure is published.

The Foundation is funded by charitable contributions, grants and sponsorships. Gifts are accepted under two designations only: where most needed, and FutureReady Africa 1M Voices. Sponsorship deliverables are described as confirmed or planned, and confirmed awards, grants and partnerships are announced only after commitments are secured in writing.
No prize, scholarship or award is advertised as available until funding is confirmed in writing, eligibility rules are established, selection governance is defined and payment and reporting procedures are ready.
Safeguarding applies to every activity involving young people and vulnerable participants, including training requirements for campus teams and a defined route for raising concerns.
Personal data is collected only with explicit consent, used for the purpose stated at the point of collection, and never sold. Participants may request access to or deletion of their records.
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors with fiduciary oversight, financial approval, conflict-of-interest administration and programme integrity responsibilities.
The Foundation files, or will file, required annual information returns with the Internal Revenue Service in accordance with applicable filing requirements. Filed public returns will be made available as each filing cycle completes.
