A continental youth and university mobilisation initiative preparing young Africans for the future of work, project execution, enterprise, digital transformation and leadership. FutureReady Africa connects student voices, universities, employers, mentors and institutional partners to build stronger pathways from education to capability, experience and economic opportunity.
Within PUFF-USA, the Campus PMO framework is used as an implementation pathway of FutureReady Africa 1M Voices. Student project leaders support campus activations, applied projects, competitions and outreach. It is not a separate PUFF-USA flagship or standalone Foundation programme.
A continental advancement and opportunity platform enabling African women to understand their position, build verified capability, and advance into careers, enterprise, leadership, influence and economic participation. Its participant journey connects opportunity assessment, capability development, mentorship, scholarships, verified progress and structured advancement.
