The Board holds fiduciary responsibility for the Foundation: approving budgets and audits, appointing officers, adopting policies, and reviewing programme integrity and impact reporting. Directors serve without compensation for board service. Board composition is published as appointments are confirmed.

Council members serve in a personal capacity; their participation does not represent an endorsement by their employing institutions.
