Power Up Futures Foundation, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors and operates under written policies covering financial oversight, conflicts of interest, safeguarding, records, filings, programme integrity and related-party transactions.
The Board holds fiduciary responsibility for the Foundation: approving budgets and audits, appointing officers, adopting policies, and reviewing programme integrity and impact reporting. Directors serve without compensation for board service. Board composition is published as appointments are confirmed.
Day-to-day operations are led by the Foundation's executive team, reporting to the Board. Programme leadership is organised by flagship — FutureReady Africa 1M Voices, Power Up Women Africa™ and GSTLW — with shared services for scholarships, research, partnerships and opportunity pathways. Named appointments are published as they are confirmed.
An Advisory Council of practitioners in education, workforce development, gender equity, research and international cooperation advises on programme design, evidence standards and partnership strategy. Council members serve in a personal capacity; their participation does not represent an endorsement by their employing institutions.
