GSTLW is the coordinating framework of Power Up Futures Foundation, Inc. for skills, talent and leadership research, partnerships and convening. It operates within PUFF-USA's legal and governance framework and is not a separate legal entity.
GSTLW coordinates three functions across the Foundation's two flagship programmes: it builds the shared evidence base that programme design depends on; it develops institutional partnerships with universities, policy institutes and employers; and it convenes the Foundation's annual programme of summits and forums.
GSTLW's 2027 work programme establishes shared data definitions, common outcome metrics, and a published research methodology across both flagship programmes. The first methodology paper and first-cohort descriptive findings are scheduled for 2027.
Partnership discussions are underway with academic and policy institutions in Africa and Europe, focused on skills diplomacy, governance and workforce research collaboration. Confirmed partnerships will be published here once agreements are signed.
The 2027 Global Week of Summits brings the Foundation's programme year to a close in a single week, anchored on the FutureReady Africa 1M Voices Continental Championship.
Dates, format and participating institutions are subject to confirmation. Additional summits are under consideration for 2028.
Fellow and alumni recognitions are issued by GSTLW, a programme of Power Up Futures Foundation, Inc. Recognitions acknowledge participation and achievement within Foundation programmes. They are not accredited academic or professional credentials.
Founding sponsors and institutional partners are invited to support GSTLW's 2027 work programme and the Global Week of Summits. Sponsorship supports research, convening, participant access and the recognition programme.
All sponsorship deliverables are described as confirmed or planned. Confirmed awards, grants and partnerships are announced publicly only after commitments are secured in writing.
