Where We Work

Geographic Reach

PUFF-USA is developing a phased African and Global South engagement footprint through virtual programming, institutional partnerships, country pilots, and regional collaborations. Country participation and programme status are identified transparently as active, pilot, partnership-development, or planned.

Status Definitions

Four statuses, applied without exception

Active programme delivery
Programmes are running with participants enrolled and outcomes tracked.
Approved pilot
A defined pilot is approved with scope, partners and timeline agreed.
Partnership development
Institutional conversations are underway; no delivery has started.
Planned expansion
Identified for future engagement. No partner, pilot or delivery yet.

A country never appears as "engaged" or "served" solely because it is a target market. Every country listed on this site carries one of the four statuses above, and the status is reviewed before publication of any impact figure.
