• Upload unlawful or harmful material.
• Infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Manipulate registrations or competitions.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Distribute malware.
• Misrepresent a partnership with the Foundation.

Unless specific program rules state otherwise, a participant retains ownership of original work submitted. The participant grants the Foundation the limited rights necessary to review the work, administer the program, evaluate participation and publish approved recognition or reporting where consent has been provided. Competition-specific intellectual-property terms are published separately where relevant.
