Delivery disclosure. Where a pathway includes assessment, certification training, verification or contracted enterprise services, those services are delivered commercially by independent partner organizations under their own terms. Those organizations remain legally and financially separate from the Foundation. Charitable activity — scholarships, opportunity intelligence and impact stewardship — is carried by PUFF-USA. Power Up Futures Foundation (PUFF-USA) is recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) (confirmed via IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search, EIN 39-3560214, deductibility code PC, December 2025).
