Where the instruments come from

The capability record, the Capability Maturity Profile and CMP-Verified are instruments of GSTLW — the Global Secretariat for Skills, Talent and Leadership for the Workforce. PUWA applies them to women's advancement; PUFF-USA powers access through scholarships and opportunity intelligence.

Availability. Each step above carries its current status. Credentials, scores, maturity levels and verification badges are only issued once the approved methodology, assessing entity, evidence rules, appeals process and privacy controls are operational.
